HUGE EARLY 20TH CENTURY FAMILLE ROSE NINE PEACH VASE #2
A huge and massive early 20th century famille rose nine peach globular vase, tianqiuping, the pair to stock #155. It was finely decorated with a peach tree spray with blossoming flowers, green leaves and nine large ripe red peaches. It has a perfectly potted and attractive globular shape. It is in excellent condition with a glaze nicer than vase 1. Its glaze and enamel are aged so it is an antique. The footrim is typical of late Qing or early 20th century. Vase 1 is marked with a six character Qianlong seal mark in underglaze blue while vase 2 is marked in iron red. Date: early 20th century; Height: 20 7/8 inches; diameter: 16 inches; Condition: perfect condition.
