This is a pair of extremely rare ancient Chinese cast bronze stirrups from the Tang Dynasty period time (618-907 A.D). These stirrups have an open work base and sides with beaded ribs. It has a large swivel attachment with a square slot to receive the stirrup strap flanked by heads of mythical unicorn animal cast in relief and engraved.
MEASUREMENTS: Height: 18 ½ cm (7 ¼ in) Length: 12,8cm (5 in) Width 6cm (2 ¾ in)
CONDITION: in good condition and is well preserved considering its age, with beautiful mottled green-blue patina showing its age and usage.
REFERENCES: Not many stirrups from the Tang Dynasty period time have been preserved and it is especially rare for a pair (such as these) to be preserved. Another similar pair of stirrups is in the Royal Ontario Museum collection of Chinese Art.

A magnificent museum quality ancient Chinese marble Buddhist stele (sculpture), Sui Dynasty (581-618 AD) centering a standing Buddha in long robe, with his hair drawn up into the usnisa, on a lotus base supported by two animals resting on the rectangular plinth base, flanked by four Bodhisattvas also wearing robes and standing on lotus flowers under a flaming mandorla.
MEASUREMENTS: Height: 19 ¾ inches (50.2 cm). Width: 11 ½ inches (29 cm). Weight: 14 lb.
CONDITION: some cracks and old repairs as one would expect from 1400 years old piece, with showing its age excellent patina.

Authentic Antique Indian religious relief carved from white marble and depicting three Indian deities seated on the throne in Latisana in the arched niches flanked by attendant’s elephants and lions, India 11th – 12th century. Over the centuries the marble took beige yellow tone.
CONDITION: There are some chips on the surface of the figures and remains of old paint and cement since in the time of the Muslim conquest of India many shrines and temples were destroyed and the elements were used as building materials.
MEASUREMENTS: Length: 46.5 cm (18 ¼ in). Height: 15.2cm (6 in) and weighs approximately 26 pounds.

An authentic antique Chinese bronze Wine vessel HU of pear-shaped body with cover, handle and chains, decorated with two horizontal rows of geometrical patterns and handles on either side of a mythical animal, all resting on splayed foot, 533 - 466 BC, Zhou Dynasty.
MEASUREMENTS: Height with the handle: 15 inches (38 cm).
CONDITION: repair to the base-as shown in the picture, missing small top finial, attractive green and brown patina and some earthen encrustations.

Antique Chinese archaic bronze wine vessel Hu of globular form rising to a flared neck, the sides cast with three raised horizontal ribs, flanked by taotie –masks suspended loose rings, the cover with three hooked ring flanges, the overall patina with areas of green encrustation, Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD). Bronze wine vessels were the symbols of the social status of the owner.
CONDITION: very good condition considering its age, circa 2nd century BC.
MEASUREMENTS: Height: 29.5 cm (11 5/8in). Width: 21 cm (8 ¼ in)

Pair of antique Chinese, ceramic vases from the Southern Song Dynasty period time (1127-1279 AD). Green celadon glaze body is decorated with sculptured Green Dragon of the East together with sun disc, vermilions Bird of the South and applied figures of star gods.
CONDITION: The overall condition is still considered to be very good for this 800 year old ceramic vase; no repairs or restorations except for minor chips, also the base of the one of the vase is uneven therefore make it difficult to stand without the support. Please see a photo showing that the vase is level by a small piece of Plexiglas.
MEASUREMENTS: Height approximately: 54cm (21 ¼ in)

Authentic antique Chinese vase Hu made of reddish earthenware stoutly potted, on a tall cylindrical foot and rising to an averted lipped rim decorated around the body and shoulder with concentric grooves and applied with two Taotie masks and mock ring handles, covered overall with green lead glaze, Han Dynasty (206 BC to AD 220).
CONDITION: the vase is in good condition considering its age, no repairs or restorations, beautiful old showing the age patina.
MEASUREMENTS: Height: 47 cm (18 ½ in). Width: 35.5 cm (14 in).

An authentic antique Chinese ceramic stove model with two cooking pots and wing cup, made of reddish earthenware covered with green glaze, Eastern Han Dynasty period time (25-220 AD).
CONDITION: The stove is in good condition, considering its age (approximately 2000 years old) except for small chips and small piece of one corner chipped off. No repairs or restorations.
MEASUREMENTS: Length: 33.5 cm (13 1/8 in) Width: 23.5 cm (9 ¼ in) Height: 15.3 cm (6 in).
