Antique 15th century German Dagger in excavated condition. Details: A tapering single-edged blade of triangular section, an iron hilt with tang retaining three rivets for attaching the grip, a slightly curved almond shaped pommel.
CONDITION: The dagger is in an excavated condition, all of the rust has been professionally removed from the surface, so there are no surprises such as a break hidden below the rust surface or the metal being completely corroded to the point of just rust, therefore for an approximately 500 year old dagger it is considered to be in good condition.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length: 38.2 cm (15 1/8 inches).
