It has a leather strap on the base used for pulling the decoy in the water. CONDITION: signs of wear on leather and on the base of the decoy. Papier mache lacquer and oil painting showing Russian aristocrats from the 17th century, marshal in armour, orthodox priest, peasants, women, children and a man sitting on chair Tsar? On the back of the painting are 4 stamps: on one stamp is Alexander III and the date 1882 below, although I was not able to recognize the other stamps.
