Newcomb College art pottery with a daffodil design. All marks featured in photo.The potter was Joseph Meyers the decorator Sadie Irvine. The IZ78 denotes the year,1917 the year produced. This piece measures 4in high,approx. 5in wide,with a 2 1/2in base,in excellent condition.

One of a pair of meissen 19th century sweetmeat dishes. This piece measures 4" high, 6" overall length & 4" across top of bowl. Hand painted & in good condition with the exception of chips found on the outer part of flower petals & leaves. Priced as a pair, please see POL B # 918573.

SOLD 

This beautiful Royal Copenhagen blue fluted half lace compote/centerpiece dates to the late 19th century. The two pieces were purchased together in Europe in the 1930's. The top bowl's mark dates to 1923 and the figural base bears the mark for 1898. The piece measures 15 1/2 inches high and 11 inches wide and is distinguished by three children supporting the first bowl while the larger top piece rests perfectly on the first bowl.
