A small, heavy, green globular bottle vase with thick glassy crackle glaze in imitation of Song dynasty Guan official ware glazes. This item was made in the Longquan kilns, Zhejiang province, China during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Condition - there are "kiln grit" adhesions to the glaze (please see enlargement 3) and there is some chipping to the glaze in one area where it seems there has been an attempt to remove the grit (all visible in enlargement 9) possibly as a result of an attempt to remove some of the grit; no further damage and no restoration. 10cm (4 inches) high.
明代 冰裂纹釉龙泉青瓷瓶
一件小型但胎体厚重的青釉瓶，表面有冰裂纹状厚重釉面，仿宋代官窑釉色。明代浙江省龙泉窑口。
品相：釉面粘窑砂（见图3），有一处磕口，可能是前人试图去掉窑砂所致（见图9）。无其他损伤或修复。高10厘米。

A rare and finely cast bronze Crane, "He", made in 16th/17th Century Ming dynasty China probably during the reign of either the Jiajing (1522-1566) or Wanli emperor (1573-1619). There are traces of red and black lacquer and it carries what is probably a makers mark which reads "Ri Xin" (please view enlargement 8). Condition - excellent - there are the usual minor losses (to the tail) sustained at the time of casting but no damages, repairs or restoration. 35.5 cm(14 inches)high. Weight 2.2kg (4lb 12oz)
明代 稀有精美的16/17世纪铜鹤
一件精美稀有的铜鹤，坐于16/17世纪的明代，可能为嘉靖或万里年间所制。铜像表面有些许残余的红漆和黑漆痕迹，鹤胸部有“日新”的款识（见图8）。

A rare mid 18th Century "soft paste" porcelain ale tankard with "crackular" glaze and well painted underglaze blue landscape decoration. This item was made for export to Europe, circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor. Condition - very good - there is a small rim chip (please view enlargement 9); no further damages and no restoration. 11.5cm (4.5inches) high; 8.9cm (3.5inches) diameter.

A very large and rare beaker shaped vase - Gu - painted with scenes in cartouches delicately enamelled in "mandarin" palette, and reserved on elaborate gilt scroll ground. This item was made in China for export to Europe late in the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). Condition - this vase has been broken in a number of places and has had extensive professional old restoration (additional pictures available on request). 42.5 cm (16.7 inches) high; 23cm (9 inches) diameter at rim. Weight 2.8kg (6.17lb).

A small underglaze blue painted eight-sided meat dish depicting a pavilion within a walled garden in a river landscape. This item was made in the late 18th Century for export to Europe circa 1775-1800. Condition - very good - there are patches of glaze wear to the interior (please view enlargement 10) and there is fritting to the rim; there are no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration. 20cm (8inches) long; 14.5cm (5.75inches) wide.

A large heavy and finely painted bottle vase depicting two confronting five clawed dragons amongst clouds and flames and above breaking waves. The base carries the six character seal mark of the Qianlong Emperor (1736-1795) but we think it is likely that this item was made later, possibly during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - the neck has been reduced and polished. There are no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration but there are some surface scratches - please see enlargement 11 for the most prominent. Height 23cm (9 inches); 24cm (9.5 inches) wide. Weight 2.6 kg (5.73lb).
青花云龙纹天球瓶（无颈） 乾隆款
一件精美的二龙戏珠青花天球瓶，底有篆书“大清乾隆年制”六字款，但我们认为此件可能是后世所制，约为清光绪年间。

A well cast and carved bronze vase depicting three dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls. There is a seven character mark on the base which we have been unable to identify. This item was probably made during the reign of the Guangx emperor (1875-1908). Condition - the horn of one of the dragons is missing (please view enlargements 5 and 9), otherwise very good. 25cm (9.9 inches) high. Weight; 1.65kg (1lb 10oz).
