A heavy crackular glazed Ge style bowl with fine porcelain body possibly made during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722); the base is painted with a stylized artemesia leaf within a double circle. Unusually this item has over glaze enamel decoration (depicting two iron red dragons amongst flames and above breaking waves) which has been added much later, during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - good - there is some wear to the iron red decoration (see enlargement 2)and there are small rim chips/ frits, one formed by a burst glaze bubble, no further damages and no restoration. 7cm (2.75ins) high; 13cm (5.1ins) diameter. Weight: 380gm (13.5oz).

A rare finely painted porcelain bottle vase decorated in what is known in America as the "Fitzhugh" pattern. This item was produced, probably for export to the USA, either late in the Qianlong reign (1736-1795) or during the reign of the Jiaqinq emperor (1796-1820). Condition - there is glaze loss and minor chipping to the rim; no further damage and no restoration. 25cm (9.9inches) high.

A rare thinly potted and finely painted deep dish depicting a four clawed dragon amongst cloud scrolls and flames. The decoration continues over the rim and around the underside of the dish in the innovative style that won Imperial favour during the early Qing dynasty. The Yuan/Ming "heaped and piled" technique of underglaze blue decoration is used to good effect on the head and claws of the dragon. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Yongzheng emperor within a double circle and this item was made during his reign (1723 - 1735). Condition - there is a light 3.2cm (1.25inch) hairline running from the rim just above the dragon's left claw (please see enlargements 6 & 7), a minute under rim chip (enlargement 5)and a small old restored rim chip (enlargement 8 & 9) but these are barely visible and the overall appearance is excellent. 26.5cm (10.4 inches) diameter; 4.5cm (1.7 inches)deep.
18世纪早期过墙龙纹深口盘-雍正款
此盘胎体细薄，饰过墙四爪云龙，图纹精美，这种新颖的风格在清早期很受皇室欢迎。龙头和龙爪具有元／明青花结晶斑的特点，生动有力。盘底有青花双圈雍正六字款。此盘为雍正（1723-1735)时期出品。
品相:盘沿龙左足上有条约3.2cm的细裂纹（见图 6和图7），盘背面口沿有一处极小的磕碰（见图5）及一个很小的已修补过的磕口（见图 8和图9），磕碰几乎不可见，整体品相很好。盘深4.5cm，直径 26.5cm。

A very rare finely painted Transitional style porcelain teapot decorated on each side with a scene depicting a scholar in a garden landscape. This item was made in China in the 17th Century, possibly during the reign of the last Ming, Chongzhen, emperor (1728-1644) . Condition - there is a 17th/18th Century (probably European) replacement handle; there is a chip to the spout and one to the cover (see enlargements 7and 8); there is a chip to the foot rim and an associated crack which runs across the base and 5cm up one side (please view enlargements 1,9 and 10). Additional photographs are available on request. 11cm (4.3inches) high; 17.5cm (6.9inches) long.

A very finely painted vase depicting a dragon and phoenix in flight amongst clouds and above breaking waves. The base carries a very rare four character mark which, in Pinyin, reads Jin Yu Feng Ji. There is an underglaze chip and related under glaze loss to the dragon's decoration (please view enlargement 9) which were caused in the manufacturing process during the second firing (before the glaze was applied) probably as a result of contact with another object in the kiln. This item was made in China in the late 19th/early 20th Century, during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - there is a small inside rim chip (please view enlargement 6), no further damages and no restoration. 24cm (9.5inches) high. Please note - because of its unusual shape, the decoration of this vase is difficult to photograph. We will be very happy supply additional enlargements on request.
清光绪 精美的青花龙凤玉堂春瓶
一件工艺精美的青花穿云龙凤玉堂春瓶。底有少见的“金玉锋记”四字款。靠近圈足的底部有一处釉下缺口，及与其相连的龙身一处釉下青花颜色的缺失（见图9），可能是在二次烧造过程中（上釉之前）在窑内与另一器物碰触造成的。作于19世纪末20世纪初，估为光绪年间。
品相：口沿内部有一处小磕（见图6），无其他损伤或修复。高24厘米。

A small jar decorated in early 18th Century Kangxi style with Famille Verte / Wucai enamels depicting a legendary battle scene possibly from from the historical epic novel "San Guo Zhi Yan Yi" (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) attributed to the 14th Century novelist Luo Guanzhong. A very finely painted Chinese blue and white vase painted in late 17th Century 'Transitional' style. The base carries the four character mark of the Kangxi emperor but this item was made later during the 19th Century. Condition - there is a small impact chip to the shoulder and associated old body cracks (please see pictures no.3 and no.9 ) and there is production glaze loss ('fritting') to the base rim (see enlargement no. 8). 26cm (10.3 inches) high.
