A heavily enamelled and very finely decorated large dish,or charger,made in Japan, in the second half of the 19th Century , probably for export to Europe or North America.
The base carries a six character mark which reads "Made by Kutani from Great Japan"
Condition: there are a number of light hairlines and it is enclosed in a thick iron wall hanger which was fitted in the UK approximately one hundred years ago.
34cm (13.3inches) diameter.

一件色彩艳丽的九谷焼人物大盘，颇有陶艺家九谷庄三的风格。作于19世纪下半叶，估为出口至欧美的外销品。底有“大日本九谷制”字样款识。
品相：有几道浅冲，背面有铁丝固定以便悬挂，固定用铁丝应为约一百年前在英国后加。

An attractively enamelled and gilded late 19th Century Satsuma earthenware cup and saucer depicting insects and a frog amongst flowers and grasses. There is the impressed signature for the artist, Taizan, on the base of both cup and saucer.
Condition: there are two hairlines - extremely faint on the outside but clearly visible to the interior running from the top of the handle; no further damages and no restoration.
Cup: 6cm (2.4inches) high
Saucer: 12.8cm (5inches) diameter

一组工艺精美的描金彩绘草虫纹萨摩烧茶杯碟，日本明治时期。茶杯和碟的底部阴刻有“带山”款识。
品相：靠近茶杯把处有两道冲，从外部看几不可见，从杯内看较为明显；无其他损伤或修复。
茶杯：高6厘米。
茶碟：直径12.8厘米。

A silvered metal plaque, possibly antimony, on a base metal (lead / tin) alloy with finely cast dragons encircling a mythical scene. This item was probably made in Japan circa 1890-1920 during the Meiji or Taisho periods.
Condition: there are many casting imperfections to the surface, particularly in the bottom right area: no losses or damages.

A Cloisonne Enamel vase depicting two Manchurian Cranes, made in Japan for export during the Meiji period (1868-1911). Condition - there is an under rim chip and one to the body (please view enlargements 8 & 9); there are very minor losses to the enamel and there are stress cracks. There have been no repairs or restoration. 18cm (7inches) high.

一件日本明治时期的七宝焼仙鹤延年瓶。
品相：口沿下和瓶身各有一处磕口（见图8和图9）。釉面有些许缺损及蟹爪纹。无修补或修复。高18厘米。
