A small globular 1930s sapphire blue crackle glass vase painted in coloured enamels with three sprigs of seaweed. Condition - very good - no damages and no repairs. 4.5cm (1.75inches) high.
A rare, Whitefriars "Chess" vase, pattern no. 9817, designed by Geoffrey Baxter as part of his mould-blown relief-textured range. Aubergine is one of the rarest colours for this shape - listed only in the 1972 Whitefriars trade catalogue. Condition - excellent - crisply moulded with no damages and, other than base wear consistent with age, there are no surface scratches. 15cm (5.8inches) high.
A ruby red cased glass vase designed by Geoffrey Baxter and introduced in the 1967 catalogue - page 7 - pat 9596. Condition - good - no damages but slight "water marking" to the bottom of the interior. 5.5 inches (14cm) high.
An Isle of Wight Glass paperweight bearing a paper label which dates its production to between 1973 and 1981. Isle of Wight Glass was founded in England in 1972 by Michael Harris (1933-1994) - the founder of Mdina Glass (Malta). Condition - very good - no damages. 7.5cm (3 inches)high
An 8 inch Whitefriars Glass "Lobed Bowl" in "Sapphire Blue" - pat. no. 9250 - designed by James Hogan (c1940-1946) and produced until 1959. Condition - very good - one tiny nick close to the base. 14cm (5.5 inches)high; 20cm (8inches) wide.
An opalescent Jobling glass bowl with floral and geometric Art Deco style decoration. The Design Registration number 777134 (1932) is impressed on the base.
Condition - excellent, no damages.
