| A massive and beautifully designed Spanish Modernist sterling ring. It was made by Joachim S'Paliu, who's firm was founded in 1944, and produced an excellent line of modern jewelry in the seventies and eighties. Handsome angular design to the ring, the top is an assemblage of two heavy sterling chain links, very reminiscent of the Chain designs made by the French jeweler Jean Despres in 1930's Paris. Great size, the top is 1 1/8 inch in length, nearly 3/4 inch in width and almost 1/4 inch thick. It is beautifully crafted from heavy gauge sterling and the ring size is approx. 7. Fully hallmarked, the interior is signed S'Paliu, Spain and Sterling. Superb example and the condition is excellent. | ||
