A redware ceramic tray embellished with two smiling bats with wings outstretched. The head and the body of the bat are decorated with incised lines, the back with a diamond-shaped motif. The outer wall of the bowl is incised with squarish scroll designs. The base is painted in buff slip. The piece has been thermoluminescence tested to circa 1400 AD.
