| A large, finely carved ivory pendant in the form of a chrysanthemum encircled by other flowers, all raised in a three dimensional effect from the openwork background. It measures 2 1/2" tall to the top of the bail and it is 1 3/4" wide. It is approximately 5/8" deep at its deepest point. It weighs 17.5 grams. The quality of the carving is superb and it is in very good condition for its age, the only damage I can see is on the right hand side where a tiny piece of the edge is nicked off, showing a "V" shape just above a small flower on the edge that actually blends in well with the sawtooth edge decoration. | |||||||
