Wonderful Art Nouveau lamp cast in form of two dancing and playing triangle and trumpet vestals arround a fire (the light). Cold-painted metal. Stamped on the base: "Fabrication française/Paris/Made in France". Indistincltly signed. Dimensions: 11 2/3" (29 cm) high, base: 14 1/8" (36 cm) wide by 5 7/8' (15 cm) deep. Miss the tulip. Origin and period: France, early 1900's.

A lovely and exquisite French embroidery on silk, represent a flower arrangment in a classical vase with a butterfly approaches the bouquet and tries to be posed on a flower. Very realist and fine work. Notice the fresh colors of the embroidery, approximately fifteen graduated colours (beige, pale yellow, blue, green, rose). Exceptionel two handled openwork majolica jardinière designed by Emile Gallé, richly decorated in polychrome enamels, outside with two heraldic dragons in relief, inside with flowers and insects. Dimensions: 24 1/2" (62 cm) long, 12 7/8" (32 cm) large, 6 7/8" (17,5 cm) high. Excellent condition. Origin and period: France, manufacture of Saint-Clément, late 1800's. Underglaze mark "St Clément".
