¤ A RUSSIAN LACQUERED PAPIER-MACHE STAMP BOX

Rectangular, the cover painted with a marine scene, the interior red-lacquered. Signed, dated and numbered "A. Zurenov", 1937, n°1369. Dimensions: cover 3 7/8" x 3 1/3". Good condition, just a tiny chip on the edge of the back (see photographs). Exceptional russian work, rare decoration.
