¤ ANTIQUE PORTABLE MIGNONPHONE (GRAMOPHONE)

Rare antique portable gramophone, it is called a potable mignonphone. It was patented S.G.D.G. This stunning portable gramophone is fully intact and is in working order!!! The stylus (needle) is marked "Mignonphone.Paris.Breveté S.G.D.G. Fabrication française", with his box of needles Columbia. It comes in its original leather case which is actually the foundation of this piece. The case measures 9' (23cm) by 5 1/2' (14cm) by 2 1/7' (5.5cm). It plays a 5” record disc and is in very good condition. Origin and period: France, early 1900's.
