Handcraft Chinese Silver Dragon Spoons 19th Century
Not for export...This is a set of six (6) rare to find antique Chinese silver spoons dated to the early 19th century, carved with four claws dragon on the front of each handle. China had its own higher standard of silver grade in the 18/19th century. It's the most likely 950/1000 silver. They were totally hand crafted, and you can see clearly the hand hammered construction on the back of each handle surface.

The back of each spoon has engraved Chinese characters only seal marks, made in Beijing. In the 19th century, silver adorned the wealthiest members of Chinese society.

Length: 4 1/8" (10.50 cm) each. Very good condition. No damage. Not polished. Kept wonderful patina to the silver.
