Antique Chinese Zitan wood wine cup with well preserved silver liner from the late 17th Century. The cup was carved with Yulan Magnolia flower and Plum flower. Both flowers were symbols for ideal personality of Chinese scholar. This type of cups were made from the 14th century all the way through the 20th century. This cup is authentic from the late 17th century. This zitan cup was well carved from one solid piece of zitan wood trunk. It is in good condition with sealed age crack as shown in photos. Height: 8 cm, width: 11.5 cm, weight: 209 grams.
