This is an extremely rare and very nice Terracotta Dong Son Drum. The motif on this drum is all the typical Dong Son Motif, such as Flying Bird, Cow and especially the Dong Son Boat with people! The terracotta is quite thick with red stone (Dirt ) pigment which is the typical pigment on old terracotta. This kind of terracotta is very similar to the terracotta on Dong Son Terracotta Jar. Time Period : Dong Son , 200 BC- 100 AD. Condition : Overall is perfect, only some negligible crack line on the body. Size : 32.0 Cm. in Dia. Price : Please e-mail for our best price.
