This is an extremely rare Chinese Junyao
plate and in excellent museum quality. They have the purple-splashed decoration ,: one of the splash on one plate just looks like a pair of Fighting Cock in action, while the other looked like a pair of cock and hen with their babies ( 4 of them ), all under a pale misty bluish-grey glaze thinning at the rim. The base ( foot rim ) was covered in a thick glaze Condition : In perfect condition, no chip, no repair . Size : The 1st. plate : 10.0 Cm. X 2.5 Cm. ( Flighting cock ) -------- The 2nd. one : 11.0Cm.
