| This is an early Chinese handwarmer (shou lu)( with rounded shoulders and pierced cover. It is incised with bats around a peach, bamboo and other plants. It is well signed and in excellent condition for its age with wonderful dark patina. It is about 11 cm's long by 8 1/2 wide and 7 1/2 cm's high not counting the swivel handle. It would make a excellent addition to any collection. The four character mark is I believe by Zhang Minggi Zhi. | ||
