Sitting wooden crown Buddha beautifully carved in one piece of teak wood and covered with balck gilded lacquer. The carving details are very fine. Unique face and very peaceful attitude. Late 18 century. Need to be mounted on a base. Good Condition.

Rare Amethyst necklace made of 50 beats hand carved. Found in a 900 years old grave in the South of Sri Lanka. Each beat have been hand pierced from both sides and carved in a different shape. The necklace is about 70cm long with beats size between 10mm to 25mm.

Set of two back and white early silver prints from Tamil Naddu, Southern India, Circa 1880. The photographer was probably English. The first picture show a local Maharaja sitting on a chair with his wife behind him. The second photo is with the same Maharaja together with is personal doctor and is English wife.
