| This is an Exceptional fine white nephrite jade carving of a cute monkey riding on a horse back. The both animails are exquisitely detailed with great spirit. The stone is white with just a touch of a natural russet inclusion. The design is well compact resembling Song tradition. Circa 18th/19th C. This is one of the best small jade scholar's playful items I have had and seen. Size: slightly bigger than 2 1/2 inches long and 1 3/4 inches tall. Buyer adds $20.00 for shipping and insurance. | ||
