A rhinoceros horn-shape bronze cup
Late Ming / Early Qing Dynasty (17th century)
Height: 5 1/2 inches
Width: 7 3/4 inches

A finely cast bronze cup, modelled in the form of a rhinoceros horn or rhyton cup, the octagonal body finely incised with stylized dragons, the foot and mouth with a band of lappets, six qilong (young water dragons) crawling around the vessel.
