| A Paris porcelain inkwell in the style of Jacob Petit, composed of two parties. The bottom five feet resting on shaped scrolls, has two wells for ink and sand, and in the front shell-shaped bowl. The upper lid is carved with a dog in a sitting position. The choice of several colors of enamel, reminiscent of the shimmering polychromy of Jacob Petit's porcelain, with the mixture of rococo and wildlife. Louis-Philippe Period, Circa: 1840.
