e-Drop Who we are and What we do

e-Drop associates are always working to fill our facility with unique and high quality goods for the entire internet community. In most cases the items sold are items with a base value of $250 dollars and brought in from our extensive customer base. We offer the best merchandise to consumers via the Internet by determining the quality during our inspection process. Our value premise is that we certify the quality or clearly state and describe any slight defects or abnormalities that in turn would be reflected in the sale price. e-Drop Analysts are trained to do a detailed inspection. We have a very talented staff of analysts that meticulously inspect every item that we list on the internet. This detailed product analysis ensures that what you see is what you from e-Drop. We take our reputation very seriously.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground and USPS shipping. We also ship internationally as long as the customer is willing to pay the shipping prices. Our base shipping services are UPS Ground, Air, and Express. Shipping can be changed at the checkout process if you let us know your preference. Shipping our items to our customers takes 1-3 business days upon receiving payment. Once shipped, items generally take 2-9 business days to arrive at the destination point. Items shipped internationally will take anywhere from 5-15 business days to arrive. Please allow additional 2-5 business days for International Shipping and Handling. If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it and contact us immediately for further instructions. Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item'(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

Emails

Emails here at e-Drop are answered by a staff of people, we ask for your patience as we only answer them Monday-Saturday 11:00am - 5:30 pm EST. Please allow at least 24-36 hours M-Sat for your email response. For faster service please call us M-Sat 11:00am to 5:30pm EST at 386-409-9000.

Local Pickups

Local walk-in hours are M-Sat 11:00 to 5:30 EST. We are not open after the stated hours. We accept PayPal, cash, checks, or Credit Card for pickups.

Returns and Refunds

If the following Item was misrepresented then a full refund for the item (excluding shipping) can be issued. Buyer will pay return shipping and a restocking fee of %15 of the items sale price. In order to obtain a refund please e-Mail us at matthew@mail.cullpepper.net. We MUST receive this e-Mail within 3(three) business days of the item being received. Please explain why and how the item was misrepresented. Upon receiving the email if we conclude that the item was misrepresented then the buyer must return the item within 7(seven) business days of receiving the item. If item is not shipped back within 7(seven) business days then the refund is void.
