This is an excellent pre-Columbian stone tripod vessel from either Mexico or Costa Rica, circa 1000 - 1500 AD.
Condition: pristine, choice and intact. Shows obvious polishing in the floor of the bowl from years of utilitarian use as a mortar, most likely for grinding corn or grain.
Very rare in this condition.
This piece is quite substantial, measuring 5" tall and over 9" in diameter.

This is a hefty, green jade celt dating to the Nicoya / Guanacaste cultures of ancient Costa Rica, circa 50 BC - 50 AD. An excellent example. Holes drilled in an angular fashion for suspension. The piece measures 109.35 mm (4.3") in length.
