The ancient Peruvians considered jade to be more valuable than gold. Fashioned from beautiful green jade and white spondylus shell beads, this piece can be safely worn as a bracelet or as an anklet. The beads date to the Moche culture of ancient Peru, circa 300 and 400 AD. Measures: just under 10" in length. Provenance of beads provided to purchaser. |
