This is an exemplary piece. Depicted in detailed faience are Isis and the infant Horus. The goddess with her right hand to her breast, suckling the infant Horus. Finely rendered in openwork. Measures 49 mm (1.95") tall. Condition: choice, except one small chip to the left toe of the base. Otherwise, choice, with no repairs or restorations whatsoever. Provenance provided to purchaser. |
