This is a fine piece of pottery sculpture from the Teotihuacan region of Mexico. Depicts the head of a shaman or priest. Very nice detail. Measures 2.2" in length, not including the plinth. Dating: 200 BC. Condition: This is just the head. The rest of the figure is missing to antiquity. The piece is not repaired in any way. Provenance provided to purchaser. |
