| The mukluks are most likely Southern Athabaskan c. 1935-40. They are cow hide, fur, seal gut and Native tanned hide. They are lined with cotton fabric from the late 30s to early 40s. The gathering on the heels and toes is very tight and finely done. The mukluks were worn and are in excellent condition for their age. They are supple but the ties around the ankle are a little stiff. | ||
