Kalo brooch with cutout lily-of-the-valley pattern over arch of small dots and chased geometric design, inside oval frame. The Kalo Shop was the top Arts & Crafts silversmith in Chicago in the early part of the 20th century. Kalo silver is heavy, entirely handwrought, and much sought after by collectors. 2-5/16" W and 2" H. Kalo produced these in a variety of sizes. This is one of the larger ones.

Kalo brooch / pin, oval cutout frame with three chased and repoussé acorns and oak leaves. The Kalo Shop was the top Arts & Crafts silversmith in Chicago in the early part of the 20th century. Kalo silver is heavy, entirely handwrought, and much sought after by collectors. 2" W and 1-1/8" H. Oak leaves and acorns were a familiar Arts & Crafts motif.

Kalo link bracelet, with solid oval safety clasp and safety chain, five round links, each containing three chased and repoussé cherries and two leaves in round chased cutout frame. Links are each connected with two silver loops. The Kalo Shop was the top Arts & Crafts silversmith in Chicago in the early part of the 20th century. Kalo silver is heavy, entirely handwrought, and much sought after by collectors. 7-3/4" L and 1-1/16" W. The cherry pattern is Kalo's best known.

William L. De Matteo cuff bracelet, slightly concave, with open back, engraved GMN mono on front. William L. De Matteo apprenticed with his father, William G. De Matteo, a well known New York silversmith. William L. became Master Silversmith at Colonial Williamsburg, then left to form Hand & Hammer with Philip Thorp. His work is highly respected.
