Small elegant silver tray with truly beautiful soft hammering by Viennese craftsmen Brüder Frank (Frank Brothers). Raised edges, rounded corners. Masterful planishing by these highly respected Austrian silversmiths that shimmers in the light. Marked with the post 1922 Austrian toucan head, a W for Wien (Vienna), and 800 for the silver content. A lovely object. 4-3/8" square.

Unusual and impressive large-scale Clemens Friedell silver picture frame, with surfaces hand-worked to look like wood. Rectangular, with hammered surfaces, ornate repoussé ECR mono on bottom, over wood and cloth backing with hinged wooden support. Applied wire around inside and outside of frame and at diagonals where sides meet. Easel on back is original and in frayed condition. Surface is worked to resemble wood grain. Set, ring and pendant, made from 1900 and 1912 quarter dollar coins, each with a detailed Greek repoussé head adorned with a "LIBERTY" garland made to look as if it is breaking through the metal surface of the coin. Higher details are worn off the face on the pendant giving it an eerie "Liberty is Silenced!" look. Unmarked. Ring: 15/16" H and 1" D and 15/16" W. Pendant: 1-1/8" round.
