HOLIDAY SPECIAL -- MAKE US AN OFFER
|
Gyllenberg and Swanson napkin ring, heavy, rectangular with rounded corners, with applied chicken on one side and engraved BETSY on the other. Frederick J. R. Gyllenberg was a leading early metalsmith in Boston's Handicraft Shop. In the mid-1920s he became partners with Alfred H. Swanson. Their work is well executed and respected. Napkin rings are simple objects, but the wonderfully worked chicken makes this special. 2" L and 7/8" W and 15/16" H.
