| Extremely unusual early 20th century silver bowl with saw-pierced monogram and decorative rim. Softly hammered surfaces. Spreading sides that flare out at the top, flat bottom, and scalloped top edge with six notches and pairs of curved triangular cutouts below. Cut out stencil-like D mono on side. Very delicate and light. Most Arts & Crafts silver had either applied or engraved monograms -- a pierced initial like this is rare. John O.
