| Mulholland compote, striking, handwrought, rectangular, with flat rim and wide elliptical hollow stem. Very unusual shape and nice soft hammering. Rectangular foot and tray top have rounded corners and four lobes, with two indentations in the corners between the lobes. Engraved AVM mono on top of foot. Fairly heavy. Walter and David Mulholland were excellent silversmiths who worked with the Kalo Shop and made objects for the Cellini Shop before WWI. 8-11/16" L and 6-7/16" W and 6-1/4" H. | ||
