| Potter Studio copper box, handwrought, rectangular, with hinged domed lid that centers a rectangular bezel-set worked pewter detail, and a chased line around the edge. Top and bottom overhang the body slightly. Wood interior. Extremely heavy. A very nice and solid object, but recently cleaned, and with one very slightly bent and easily repaired corner of the lid. Potter Studio was a major force in the Arts & Crafts movement, and an excellent Cleveland-based maker of fine jewelry and holloware. 5-7/16" W and 3-3/4" D and 1-11/16" H. | ||
