| Beautifully designed and hammered sauce or gravy bowl and matching ladle. Lebolt had two periods -- early and late -- and the HAND MADE (rather than HAND BEATEN) mark tells us this is from the much more accomplished earlier days. The form is wonderful, with ends higher than the middle and a lovely wide rim, on a spreading oval foot. The matching ladle is also very pretty, and well made. Both pieces have an applied L monogram with a chased line in the stem of letter. Bowl: 7-9/16" L and 5-1/8" W and 3-5/16" H. Ladle: 6-3/8" L and 2-3/16" W. | ||
