| Austrian or Vienna bronze bird, cold painted. Lovely paint appears original; some very minor loss. Otherwise in very good condition. Unidentified mark is partially visible. 3" L and 3-1/4" W and 2-1/2" H. Austrian or Vienna bronzes are heavy, beautifully hand-crafted decorative objects made in Vienna beginning in the middle of the 19th century. Produced using lost-wax casting, they were individually detailed and "cold-painted" by master craftsmen. | ||
