Designer Notes:

This piece was inspired by those built for the tobacco plantation families in Cuba to store their finest “havanos”. It was also a symbol of their wealth and good taste. Originally imported from Europe, local carpenters copied the designs which, over time, became known as Caribbean Creole furniture. The shape of our version is more representative of the original European style while the door is decorated with an abstraction of Mayan design. The interior of this piece can be custom built to accommodate your specific need; i.e., bar, tv cabinet, general storage.
