| This splendid guinomi (sake cup) is the work of a potter named Yoshimoto Shuho, born in the city of Bizen in 1938. The hidasuki (red fire streak) on the bare clay are one of the wonderful features of Bizen ware and give great appeal to the cup. Yoshimoto Shuho is a recognized potter who became independent in 1972 and has build or rebuild four anagama (cave kilns) for traditional sueki works, since then. The guinomi is signed, in perfect condition, and will be shipped in a signed box. Dimensions: 6 cm x 6 cm (2.4 in x 2.4 in); weight 110 g (3.85 oz) More pictures available on demand Please make sure you read my Sales Policy Page and kindly inquire if you have any question. | |||||||||||||
