INTRODUCTION
Dai Collections International Inc. was established 1990 in Sydney Australia, and relocated in New York USA 2006. Specializing in fine quality Chinese Ceramics, Works of Art and Paintings, covering a wide range of various dynasties, in particular Ming, Qing and Republic Period. Offering a large selection of Mark and Period Porcelain, Gilt-Bronze Sculpture, Jade, Lacquer, Enamel, Wood and Ivory Carving, Classical and Modern Chinese Painting, which has made the gallery well recognized internationally.
Each piece from us carries a vetted Western provenance.
POLICY
1. SALES TAX: All sales within the states of New York will be subject to sales tax unless the purchaser can submit a valid resale certificate at the time of purchase.
2. SHIPPING: All items are shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment by UPS or USPS. All insurance, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the price of the object shipped.
3. INSURANCE (Mail order / internet sales):
This is optional and is charged at 2% of the total cost. There is no minimum charge.
The insurance cost is automatically added to the total amount due unless we are advised that insurance is not required.
4. PAYMENT - Full payment options and instructions will be emailed to you upon receipt of an order.
For transactions totaling less than USD 2,000 we accept direct payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and 'other payment methods' stated below.
For transactions totaling USD 2,000 or more, please use 'other payment methods' stated below.
Other payment methods:
Cheque (known USA customers only, and time must be given for the cheque to clear).
Wire / bank transfer (overseas customers).
Western Union money transfer (NOT money order).
Cash (paid in person at our gallery).
We do not accept payment by Paypal.
5. GUARANTEE - We offering only fine and genuine items and guarantees each of them to be correctly represented as to age, origin, condition and if possible, provenance. Any item purchased from us can be unconditionally returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. The purchaser will be responsible for the payment of all packing, freight and insurance charges both ways. Refunds will be issued after return of the object in the same condition as when it was shipped.
