SHERRI GARNER ANTIQUES is commited to offering you complete satisfaction in all of your antiques needs. We shop the world and draw upon 30 plus years of expertise to try and offer the most accurate descriptions of our antiques offered here, and to provide unique and wonderful antiques and art at the best and most competitive prices. All of our items are guaranteed to be as represented. We try very hard to be totally accurate, but mistakes can happen to all of us. We do not however SELL On approval,nor do we offer a take a look-see approval service. When you make a purchase please be sure that this is what you want. If an item is advertised as Qing Dynasty, we will not accept a return because you thought it might be Qianlong. We are a successful business because we do our best to serve our clients at the best possible prices and reaqlly want your continued business. Returns and Refunds: There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned, unless there is a significant error in our description of offered item. Prior to a return, which must be within 7 days of purchase, please write or call so we may assist you in any way we can. After the seven day examination period a statement from a museum curator, credible auction house or licensed antiques appraiser must be submitted for consideration. A refund (less shipping and a 10% handling fee) will be granted if the merchandise is grossly misrepresented other than by possible error by SHERRI GARNER ANTIQUES and so documented. Mechandise must be returned in the same condition. Returns will not be considered after 30 days as all sales are considered final. . Many of our clients are foreign and purchase from us regularly. References will be furnished upon request. Please do not ask for a rediculous discount or free shipping. We do not do this. We respect your customs; please respect ours. We are well aware of worldwide auction prices, competitive dealers prices, and that no two items are necessarily priced the same. There are many factors involved here. If dealer A has a similar item, buy it from that dealer. All our shipped items are packed to withstand terrific abuse in shipping. In the event of damage, or any problem please contact us immediately. Insurance is required in shipping both ways if you wish to be compensated for any damage after your merchandise has left our hands. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING, BOX AND ENCLOSURES FOR THE ADJUSTMENT. Payment: Payment is preferred by Cashiers check, direct bank deposit, or cash. We do accept Paypal but prefer other forms of payment. We will be happy to discuss payment options, layaways, even trades. Layaways: Yes we do offer layaways at no interest. Please ask about payment arrangements. Consignments: We will be pleased to market your outstanding merchandise for a reasonable fee. No one writes better copy than I do, and I will do my best for you.
