Here is a very charming cocoa brown and turquoise YIXING Teapot from the lat Qing. to early Chinese Republic Period. The teapot is decorative, with vine like handles and leaves, and functional as well Yixing teapots are reknown for making the best tea in the world. The teapot is signed on the base with an impressed signature.

Here is a lovely pair of intensely green Sancai fine early pottery Foo dogs. These are actually Joss stick holders, used for lighting candles in religious ceremonies. The dogs are from a fine Eastern estate and had been appraised by Sotheby's as of the period by former owner in the 1970's. The distinctive matched pair stands about 11".Interesting details to collar and heads, great flamboyant style and and unusual glaze. They date to the early to mid 19th century These dogs are hollow bodies as are the bases. Condition: Very good. Some slight wear as visable in photos.

Richly glazed deep turquoise monochrome Foo Lions, with bold body details and incredible shaded color. A matched pair, male with ball, and female with pup. Fine and intricate sculptural details on this delightful hand thrown pair. Impressed signature inside each base. Appears to be Kangxi impressed in interiors of figures.
Dimensions: Height 5"(13cm)
Condition: Very fine. A few small glaze flakes. Wear appropriate of the period.
