Here is a 19th century Japanese cloisonne vase in dark pigeon blood red, with multi color floral blossoms, and color accents on the rim and base. The vase is finely crafted, and the enamel is applied over brass.

TOTAI is the Japanese form of Cloisonne applied over porcelain. This stunning dark cobalt blue vase eclipses all others. The vase features charming squirrels and flowers in rockwork composed of delicately shaded enamels. The vase has only a few wires, and is almost entirely enamel over the porcelain body.
Exceptiional investment for the COLLECTOR OR FOR RESALE. Unsigned.

Spider chrysanthemums, shaded green leaves in a variety of hues and miniature button mums convey "elegance" in this imposing unsigned ANDO Japanese cloisonne enamel vase. The color is a glorious light turqoise-green, a lovely compliment to the shaded florals and foliage. Vase is unsigned,but clearly the work of Ando Studio, as those familiar with the Ando works will attest. The rims are sterling silver. Condition is excellent. A truly imposing and stunning Japanese enamel vase.
