Absolutely the best Frog! He is a glazed with a thick rich deep turquoise, on coarse hard pottery. Froggy has the cutest potbelly, huge eyes, and other wonderful froggy attributes. He has been the king of my garden for quite awhile.Selling him because I am making an international move, and will have no yard.
The frog was purchased from a very chic,very over priced nursery in Santa Barbara, California seven years ago. I can not tell you how old the frog is, but I know they had him for 10 years, probably because of his outrageous price. The owner told me the frog was shipped with a collection of fine garden porcelain, including particularly wonderful shaped large pots, (Of Course I bought some of these also,so inquire) they are incredibly beautiful works of art with turquoise and azure drip glazes. also...
NOTE:
The pottery is a hard rough creamy beige stonewear, probably Shekwan (from China)and is not the Vietnamese turquoise/celadon found at big garden centers.

Condition: Excellent,minor some minor kiln glaze flaws...see photos.
