There are two beautifully painted cavettos, one of a Chinese beauty and a young child, and on reverse, a young Chinese boy playing in the garden. Dimensions: Height: 6"(15cm) with lid. The tureen dates to the late 1940's and is a really fine item for a fraction of the price of pieces not much older. And, you can use it with out the fear of damaging a four figure tureen.
