Here is a two tier FAMILLE ROSE set of covered food service bowls. Very nice floral enamels in Famille Rose palette. Tooled metal finding on blue lid. An attractive and unusual display item which dates to lateate Qing Dynasty. Dimensions: 6"(15cm) Diameter 7"(17.50cm) Height Condition: Good. Used, some rubbing of enamels, no hairlines or chips.

French Breton figurine, a rare and early NIDERVILLER French faience, or soft paste sculpture from the 18th century. The peasant woman is beautifully painted in soft polychrome colors, with marvelous detail to her face and costume. There is some damage, common in most faience, but this is an extremely old piece (over 200 years) in very good condition for the period. Truly imposing, this candlestick will fit in most any period or decor, and is sensational in a grouping of brass fireplace tools, candlestick collection, or near fireplace as a single statement.
