Impressive 32"(81.50cm) fine hand turned rich and heavy brass ALTAR CANDLESTICK. Truly imposing, this candlestick will fit in most any period or decor, and is sensational in a grouping of brass fireplace tools, candlestick collection, or near fireplace as a single statement. This almost three foot tall late 19th century find is marked 'Hecho en Mexico" and is signed 'MOSY'
Additional photos have been posted, candlestick has been restoration cleaned, with many highlights left. Really shows off the quality and age of this piece. The candlestick holds a 2" wide candle.

Condition: The 250 year old box has had several interesting restorations which appear professional in its history. There are glazed areas, filled hairlines, and stablized chacks. Obviously much loved and valued.
Displays beautifully... for the advanced collector of rare 18th century objects de virtue.
