A rare hand painted Louis XVI love scene in the manner of Lancret on the finest immaculate ivory. A masterpiece rarely found. The case is finished beautifully, perfect for your business cards. Please note the oval ivory button and superb hand painted details. Condition: Excellent, some slight wear to the painting, normal for the period. The black ribbon bands have been removed.
