Pewter Teapot,Chinese 19th Century Fish Form
CHINESE PEWTER TEA POT, FISH FORM (CARP OR KOI) early 19th century Chinese Heavily chased and tooled pewter, copper trimmed edging on gills and surrounding red coral eyes. Top lid is well fitted and removable, shaped pewter handle swivels on original mounts. The pewter feet. Dimensions:
Length: 13" (34cm) Height: 7 1/2" (19cm) Width: 5" (13cm)
Origin: Chinese for Export Condition: Very fine, normal wear of the period, pewter is soft, fins can be moved, no breaks or holes.
