CLIGNANCOURT, soft paste porcelain signed with earliest of marks (Windmill) from 1771-1774, made by Pierre Deruellc, pre French Revolution. Clignancourt was to become fanciere of the brother to King Louis XIV, Comte de Provence in 1775.
